Since the beginning of my teenage years, I was underweight, that falling sick, taking medicines often was my usual routine. Thankfully, my mother who was a regular at the gym, enrolled me as well in the same gym where I regained my strength and stamina.

From fainting on the treadmill to doing runs on it, I started paying attention to my workout routine, checking my exercise forms with my personal trainer, and speaking with nutritionists to try different diets, putting my health on the forefront always.

All this gave me body confidence, better health & a lot more than what I could back then think of. Fast-forward to 10 years, I became significantly advanced in workouts, could follow strict eating patterns and I was in the best body shape of my life, yet to realise this is what I want to do

While this was my everyday routine, professionally I kept working for 5 years as a copywriter, further taking the passion of fitness ahead with me.

So much that during lockdown I could workout and posted videos of it for straight 100 days, that was an insane level of habit change I could pull off.

Soon after this, I worked for almost 2 years in the healthcare industry as a Sales Nutritionist which helped me dig deep in everyday lifestyle, eating patterns, stress levels, activity levels, sleep cycles and most important of all habits which lead to further health problems of people of different age-groups.

That is when the idea of FitMe struck me, where changing habits became a different kind of passion for me.
