Often while making diet plans for clients and showing up with my daily exercise routine, I get asked so many times that how do I actually stay motivated?
The only way is to - TO KEEP DOING THINGS, keeping your feelings aside, that really helps you get moving in life.
And it's not a rocket-science. It's quite simple. You want to achieve something - you need to take small steps daily. It doesn't happen overnight.
Providing you a list of easy and interesting habits as below,
Pick any one habit from today and do it daily for next 30 days.

Read 10 pages of any book daily
Go for outdoor walk for 20 mins
Drink 3 litre of water
Sleep at fixed time as per your schedule - 10.30 pm to 11 pm
Eat one fruit of your choice daily
Speak to your friend for atleast 10 mins on messages
Make your breakfast at home
Meditate for 10 mins after waking up
Stop ordering & eating outside food
Pick a YouTube channel of your choice - start hearing 1 podcast daily
Before going to bed write down your thoughts in book or your smartphone
Hug & kiss your partner - no matter how the day was for you
Do your hair and wear tidy clean clothes daily
Hear 3 of your favourite songs with headphones on
